Tired!

Riley was a very early morning boy today, he was up at 0530 but I put him down for a little nap at about 0630. He was just yawning and rubbing his eyes and he went right to sleep. Kaleigh got up at about 0700, she slept through from about 1030 last night.

After everyone was fed and dressed we took a ride down to the lake front to go for a walk. It was a pretty nice day and we ran into GG and Jagee while we were walking. Check out GG blog she has a very nice picture of the kids. Kaleigh started getting a bit fussy towards the end of our walk so got to be carried for the rest of the way. She really likes to face forward so she can see all that is going on.



We got home and did some playing and at about 1015 or so Riley was ready for his nap and he went right down. Kaleigh then spent a long time on the floor just kicking away having a good time and no one was stepping on her. She finally went down for her nap at about 1115.


Andy and Nikki arrived while Dan was off retrieving his little step ladder that he forgot at a job yesterday. He was pretty luck because it was only in Remington so he was back in no time. Both the kids woke up at about the same time. Got all changed to go in the pool and have a good time. Riley was happy for a while but then he didn't want to be in the pool anymore.



Tried another nap because he was still acting tired but that was a no go. So put him in his chair so he could eat lunch. I also made lunch for all of us, it was paninis again and they were very good. We sat around talking for awhile and then it was time for them to head home. Both the kids were pretty tired and they just weren't going to nap here. So got everything packed up and off they went.

Dan and I spent the rest of the afternoon watching the Olympics. Not much else going on.
