Kid Day - My Favorite Day of the Week

Up bright and early and out of the house by 0530. The moon was huge, I was tempted to call Andy and have him run around outside to see if he could find the moon just like he did to me yesterday.

Normal Wednesday morning stuff, Weight Watchers - down .4, any loss is a good loss, and Wal-Mart. Then it was home to work on some more scrapbook stuff.

Headed over to watch the kids at about noon. They were both in their rooms, Kaleigh was actually asleep but Riley opened his door and peeked out. So we said he could come out to see me but he would be going back in to take a nap in a bit.

We did some coloring and reading. Then he was showing me something here, not quite sure what it was.

This is why kids shouldn't watch tv, but thankfully he can be distract to do other things.

He was all set to watch one show with his honey bee graham crackers all lined up on the arm of the couch.

About a 1/2 hour after Nikki left I put Riley down for his nap and he finally fell asleep and then Kaleigh got up. She was ready for a bottle and drank all of it. Then it was time to play.

First in the exersaucer, she really loves to be in it.

Found the mirror, but I think she was watching me take her picture in it.

Click on this one because you can see her teeth really well.

Then we had some floor time and she just kept rolling from here back to her belly and then back again. She looked very cute today in her purple onsies and white skirt with bloomers.

Riley got up at about 1500 or so and was still tired so he came out and sat on the couch with us and we all just cuddled for a bit. That doesn't happen very often.

When I got home Dan was already there and working on the second chair, got it all stained. The first chair is on the deck and got rained on for the first of many times.

Also got our postcard from Kathi and David while they were in Australia, thanks. Another to add to the collection.
