The Life of Riley and Those Around Him

Riley and I got an early start on our walk today but it really didn't help, we were both sweating up a storm by the time we got back to the apartment. We did stop along the way to admire some of the crepe myrtles that have started to bloom, they were beautiful.

Got back to the apartment and Kaleigh was ready to eat so I took this feeding so Nikki could get her shower taken. She had to go up to UCF today to do some of that before school starts stuff.

Got Kaleigh all fed and settled in for a nap. This is definitely a Riley look, especially around the mouth. Nikki's mom says the long fingers and toes come from Nikki and we should be getting some pictures to see.



Riley went down for his nap shortly after Kaleigh so I had a pretty easy time while Nikki was gone. Got to have my lunch and read some of my book. Kaleigh was ready for lunch at about 1245 and she was done her bottle in about 10 minutes. Riley got up at about 1330 and wasn't sure what he wanted for lunch. Finally decided that a peanut butter sandwich and some grapes would be good.

Nikki got home at about 2 - 2:30. We spent the afternoon playing. Riley is always much more interested in an empty box then any of his toys. Used this box as a hat for a while, it barely fit on his head but that didn't bother him.



I got home and Chris walked in the door right behind me. He disappeared into his room and I haven't seen him since, think he is sleeping.

Dan didn't get home until about 1930, he had a seven fan job and couldn't start until 1500 and it was in Deland so we knew it would be a late day for him.
