ZoomAir Adventure Park

Did my six mile walk today because the weekend is pretty full and today I didn't have to be anywhere until 0800 and that was just enough time to get my walk in. I did start early, about 0545 and it was still a bit dark but by the time I got my first mile done it was light and everything seemed back to normal.

My place to be at 0800 was Tammy's because we were going to the Sanford Zoo for the day. We left right on time and had a nice ride up to Sanford.

When we got there we all sorts of decisions to make or at least the kids did. There was an adventure park that they could do with a couple of different trails (if that is what you call them). So we finally got the tickets purchased, harnesses rented and everyone on their way. Breann was the first to get started.

Getting some instruction on the proper use of her equipment.

Off she goes.

This was her favorite part, the swing at the end.

Sami and Cole were just starting as Breann was finishing up. There were some problems on their trail. The ladder had to come out a few time so people could climb down because they were to nervous/afraid to go on. After that it went much faster.

After finishing up this part of the course it was time for lunch so had a picnic at one of the tables. Cole and Sami were ready to go on and complete the rest of their trail.

Then Cole went to the Rainforest course which was much higher in the trees. He was going along really well until he caught up to a group of three people and they were really slow so Cole ended up doing a lot of standing around waiting but he still had a really good time.

Tammy, Sami, and Breann went on the train while Cole was doing the Rainforest.

We finally made it into the zoo. I think as zoos go I would rather go to the Brevard Zoo in Melbourne and just do the ZoomAir here.

The gang taking a break and having a snack.

By this time we were all really hot and tired and it was time to head home. We had a really great day. Tammy, Kim, and I decided we would like to try one of the courses someday.
