The Training Continues
Today I did the longest walk of my training schedule; 14 miles. That is the longest I have walked in a really long time plus it was at a pace I have never done before. 3:15:16 which works out to a 13:57 pace. I would really like to finish the 1/2 marathon at that pace, if the weather cooperates I will be able to do it. Now I just keep up my normal walking of five miles five days a week and then I will take a couple of days off before the race. The big day is March 7 at 0600, can't wait.
