The Goes Trouble

Where does he get the energy? I wish he would give some to me. Riley came to visit us on Thursday night while Andy and Nikki went to see Transformers (which they loved and want to see again). Riley kept us on the go for the evening. He found a new friend in the mirror and he really wanted to play with him but he just wouldn't come out of the mirror. By 7:30 everyone was starting to lose steam so we sat down and watched Wheel of Forture. Then it was time for Riley to go to bed. We had the porta-crib set up in the Navy Room, the I-pod player going and he went right down, barely moved. So now we know that he will sleep at our house.

Saturday was the big trip to the Scrapbook store in Melbourne with Jodi, Robert, and Tammy. We were looking for supplies to make a wedding album for Jodi's sister. We found some really nice stuff and can't wait to start working on it. We are also going to make a trip to Ruban Rouge in Tampa at the end of August to see if they have some of the things we couldn't find.

Got out of the Scrapbook store and I had 12 missed calls and Tammy had a bunch and we had everyone dead or dying. Found out that Andy couldn't get the printer to work and they just kept trying to get in touch with us. Then Dan called Tom to have him try Tammy's phone but we all left our phones in the car. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious. We found a Sonic so we could calm our nerves and get on with our trip.

Our next stop was a fish market that Robert had been to but couldn't quite remember where it was. It turned out that it was right where he thought it was but it was closed and had been for awhile. We were all disappointed because we were looking forward to the fish market excursion and I wanted to get some shrimp for dinner. Guess I'll have to depend on Publix.

When I went to work on Monday (aka taking care of Riley), he was a walking fool. He is just so cute when he walks. He webbles, he wobbles, and most times he falls down but when he doesn't he can walk across the room. As the week has gone on he walks more and more, I think he is starting to prefer walking to crawling. Pretty soon I'm going to have a hard time keeping up with him.

Only four more days until we leave for Norway, can't wait.
